01 — INQUIRY REVIEW
Within 2–3 business days, I’ll personally review your inquiry to learn more about your brand and project goals. If it feels like a good fit, you’ll receive my Rooted Studio Services Guide along with a link to schedule a discovery call.

02 — DISCOVERY
During this call, we’ll talk through your brand, project vision, timeline, and which services will best support your business.

03 — CUSTOM PROPOSAL
After our conversation, I’ll prepare a custom proposal outlining the scope of work, deliverables, timeline, and project investment.

04 — PROJECT BOOKING
If you decide to move forward, I’ll send over a project agreement and first invoice to secure your spot in the studio calendar. Once everything is confirmed, we’ll prepare for your project kickoff.

    Brand identity and website design projects typically begin around $1,200, with most projects falling between $2,500–$8,000 depending on complexity.

    The studio is based in San Diego, California (PST time zone), but clients are welcomed from anywhere in the world.

    For social media management services, clients must be located in San Diego or surrounding Southern California areas, as content creation may require traveling on-site to capture photos and video.

    The goal is to create a brand that feels intentional, cohesive, and built to grow with your business.

  • A 25% deposit is required to secure your project in the studio calendar.

    The remaining balance can be paid in 2–4 installments depending on the project timeline.

    Invoices are sent digitally and can be paid securely online.

  • Projects are typically booked 4–6 weeks in advance, so it's best to reach out as early as possible if you have a specific timeline in mind.
